Fuel tank Villiers which we needed to copper five times...

Other saved Indians. Some tanks only need taking to pieces, hammering, cleaning and general repair, but some have a "starry sky" for long evenings.

Another interesting job from repair, through chrome-plating to painting and line-drawing. The customer had a clear idea of his requirement. Using period photos and his detailed drawing, this great beauty was completed and will serve for further decades.

Repair of a rusty Jawetta fuel tank. This tank underwent a general repair – cleaning, the "starry sky" tinning, welding, pressure testing, inner compound application, painting and line-drawing.

Another interesting fuel tank repair, this time a Harley Davidson composition. At first glance, the tank had just a few holes, but the horror became apparent after sandblasting, which revealed a true sieve. I need to say that the American putty resisted so much that the sandblasting only succeeded at about 10 percent. The rest demanded mechanical removal. Then followed the endless story of tinning the individual holes. The tank was welded, pressure tested and internally pour-treated with a special compound. I am sure the owner is happy with its salvation. It will continue to serve for years to come.

An Indian fuel tank with the assignment of general repair with maximal preservation of the external patina. We had to manufacture new partitions, re-tin the oil tank area and make 8 new 5/16 bolts. All screw connections, flanges and holes had to be re-tinned. Finally, the tank was pressure tested.

Another general repair of a damaged fuel tank, for the first time using a sheet metal straightening tool also adaptable to the radius – A GREAT THING!!!

Repair of a completely damaged filler neck. Everything tinned with tin and lead in the 60/40 ratio.
