Chtěl bych tímto poděkovat stálým i novým zákazníkům, že nás poctili svou návštěvou našeho stánku na burze v Brně... bylo to fajn. Tak jako jsme udělali tradici, že 2x za rok jedeme do Brna, tak chceme i 2x ročně vystavovat na burze v Chotusicích, kde jedeme 4.11.2023 pokud nebudou padat trakaře... A jeden rychlý příběh nádrže na Jawa 500.

Two Jawa Special tanks that went through general repairs, coppering, chrome-plating and logo coloring.

Fuel tank Villiers which we needed to copper five times...

One "sad tank" which we reworked to Zbrojovka. Very poor condition, we wouldn't work with worse one. Deeper corrosion negatively affects logo edges, where you can see rusty dents, which we coudn't grind due to the risk of puncture.

 

One of the easier jobs, where we didn't need to take the tank to pieces. Just a few dents with which we dealt with easily.

Jawa villiers production

A fuel tank which gave us a hard time even though it looked quite fine at the first sight. We couldn't straighten the bumpy logo through the filler neck to our satisfaction, so we needed to take the tank to pieces and then straighten all of it separately. Followed the routine work: multiple layers of copper, nickel, chrome and lastly pour-treating the inner part.
